It has one major advantage over its competitors – it links directly into Microsoft Word so that all the transcription controls are placed within a single Window. So no more ‘floating’ toolbars that often obscure other important items on your workstation desktop – with V7 Typist all your transcription tools are right there in Word.

All the available work is shown in a single window, and you can pick a job with the click of a mouse. The file is then copied to your workstation and is ready to be transcribed.

An integral part of the V7 digital dictation system, V7 Typist allows jobs to be marked up on completion and provides administrators with a full audit trail. Time recording is there as an option if you want to use it.
